Project: Regional GHG Assessment (MCI West) (2008-2009)
ZMassociates completed a comprehensive GHG inventory and prepared a regional strategic plan for eight bases in the Southwest United States which identified and inventoried all direct and indirect sources of GHG emissions. This included all stationary and portable equipment and processes which generate emissions (including fugitive emissions). The project included a fence line-to-fence line assessment of the bases
