A greenhouse gas emissions inventory can lead to cost efficiencies.
Marine Corps Installations West (MCI West)
ZMassociates completed a comprehensive GHG inventory and prepared a regional strategic plan for eight bases in the Southwest United States which identified and inventoried all direct and indirect sources of GHG emissions. This included all stationary and portable equipment and processes which generate emissions (including fugitive emissions). The objective was to create a stream-lined technical approach for quantifying GHG emissions from stationary sources and determine whether reporting is required under AB 32. This project also identified applicable early action measures, future GHG reductions and previous GHG reductions.
